Welcome to My Leader Source! First of all, I would like to thank each and every one of you for taking the time to invest in educating yourself on your son’s or daughter’s Army ROTC Career. Over the past several months I received several suggestions that I should include an area on the website to inform parents of what Cadets will experience while in Army ROTC. Although I will not cover every intricate detail of the rigor and challenges that your son or daughter may be introduced to during their tenure at ROTC, I will give you an overview of what to expect. We assist in producing leaders! Our products, services and information allow your sons and daughters to have the ability to succeed and be a front runner against the other 4,999 + Cadets they are competing with to get their desired career. If they have the desire and fortitude to take the Army ROTC challenge, then we assist them in their journey. We only provide products, services and information that make sense and is relative to them becoming a United States Officer. We do not coddle or tell your Cadet what they want to hear or provide products, services or information that gives them a false sense of security. We give them what they need to be successful in their endeavors with Army ROTC; however, it is up to them to implement and apply these assets to their full potential.
